The challenge

Lumen managed a growing fleet on spreadsheets and radio calls. Dispatchers guessed at routes, fuel spend crept upward, and there was no way to prove delivery times to customers.

What we built

• Built real-time GPS tracking with a live map of the entire fleet.
• Developed a route optimization engine factoring traffic, fuel, and delivery windows.
• Added automated proof-of-delivery and customer ETA notifications.
• Surfaced fuel, idle-time, and utilization analytics for management.
