When you subscribe. Our newsletter form collects your email address.

Automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security layer records limited technical data — such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested — to keep the site secure and reliable.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, send you the newsletter if you asked for it, protect the site against spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on your consent (for the newsletter), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing the site, performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers

We keep our stack lean and share data only with providers who help us operate the site. Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, TLS, form-submission storage, and bot/spam protection (Turnstile). Resend delivers the email notification of your enquiry to our inbox. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security controls.

Data retention & security

Form submissions are stored in our Cloudflare database and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or maintain your subscription, after which they are deleted on request or on a periodic schedule. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to function. Our spam-protection widget (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a token to verify you are human. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
