Patients were missing doses and appointments, and the clinic’s follow-up was manual and inconsistent. Any solution had to meet strict privacy requirements without feeling clinical or hard to use for older patients.
What we built
- Ran discovery with real patients and clinicians to design an interface that works for every age.
- Built medication schedules with smart reminders and adherence tracking.
- Integrated secure telehealth scheduling and video visits.
- Architected the whole system to be HIPAA-compliant end to end, with encrypted data at rest and in transit.
